As part of our condominium management services, we prepare and issue Status Certificates on behalf of our clients. In accordance with the Condominium Act, 1998, the corporation has up to ten (10) days from confirmation of payment to issue the certificate. If you require expedited processing, please indicate that you are requesting a rush Status Certificate on the order form (additional fees may apply).
