We are pleased to invite you to participate in the Annual General Meeting of Owners of Metropolitan Toronto Condominium Corporation No 1312, to be held on February 28th at 7:00 PM. The business of the meeting will include the following:
Owners will receive the audited financial statements, presented by the auditor, followed by a Q&A for the auditor.
The appointment of the auditor to hold office until the next Annual General Meeting.
Election of Directors. There are two positions available: one(1) position for a term of three (3) years and one (1) position for a term of one (1) year.

The Board of Directors' Report.
Open Q&A session. As an owner, you will have the chance to ask the Board of Directors and your property management representatives questions related to the common elements of the Condominium Corporation.
