​We are pleased to invite you to participate in the Annual General Meeting of  Metropolitan Toronto  Condominium Corporation No. 1312, to be held on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at 7:00 PM. The business of the meeting will include the following:

• Introduction by Chairperson.

• Announcement of Quorum. 

• Presentation of the audited financial statements as of May 31, 2022. 

• Election of Directors. There are two positions available, both for a three (3) years term

• Open Q&A session. As an owner, you will have the chance to ask the Board of Directors and your property management representatives questions related to the common elements of the Condominium Corporation.
